I have had the same problem in the following Acrobat versions 7, 9, X Pro in
all wine versions for several years (went through all the 1.1.xx and 1.3.xx
point releases...). 

This is really a big deal for me, and it should be for anyone who wants to make
comments/notes/annotations in PDF using Acrobat via. I am surprised this is not
getting more attention.
