Still present on 1.4-rc6.

When launching qt16.exe (the installer) it make a "flash" of a full screen
window and later closes. Launching it with winedbg produces the same effect
without any crash.

It's also being launched by "Connections: a mind's game" installer, and being a
requeriment for playing videos inside the game, obviusly it doesn't work also.
Related to the game, it has also problems on Windows XP, that seems to be fixed
installing this version of Apple Quicktime decoder.
