Retested on wine-1.4
Fresh wineprefix, fresh install of Steam and Half-Life

Same behavior as described in my last post.

One thing that has not yet been mentioned explicitly:
Ctrl is also ignored. Ctrl+x does not cut but results in "x".
(If e.g. the Steam settings are accessed directly in Steam then Ctrl+x works as
expected.)
