No problem with the patch on Mac OS X 10.7.3 with Radeon 6750, game plays well,
excellent framerates.
Only issue i found is *insane* loading times. the bigger location, the longer
it will takes, (Nar Shadaa - 15 minutes, and sometimes disconnect).

I dont think that te texture is related to this patch. only things i see in
logs are:
fixme:win:GetWindowPlacement not supported on other process window 0x90060
fixme:d3d:query_init Unhandled query type 0xc.
warn:d3d:wined3d_query_create Failed to initialize query, hr 0x8876086a.
warn:d3d9:query_init Failed to create wined3d query, hr 0x8876086a.

which spawns like crazy trough the loading screen. Personally i think this is
another bug.
