Honestly, at this point...  I am going to reinstall Ubuntu and start over
clean.  I am running 10.04 right now, but it seems that most people are having
success with 11.04 or 11.10 more than I am having success with Lucid Lucy.  I
may also just go with 12.04 and see how that works out as well.  Not sure
though to be honest.
