ok, after some more testing,
first i tested if the working version had to do with realtime, but it also
worked without (just tested to be sure) furthermore i installed jack1 again
restarted the whole process and tested with exactly the same configuration that
gave me the stuttering except for the .asoundrc with the changes mentioned
above. And still no stuttering in the audio. The only thing i realized after
testing it for a while was that it doesn't run synchronous. So in Civ with the
working sound,  the click sound comes roughly 1/2 second afer it should play. I
rebuild wine git and did the render test again. i also used jack_capture to
record my audio experience with the testso you can compare the audio experience
i hhad with the one you get.
