This does not have a repeat of the error "RtlpWaitForCriticalSection" and it is
the official installer for the official game not the Beta. 

I get more "fixme:process:GetLogicalProcessorInformation (0xcee388,0xcee384):
stub
err:wininet:open_http_connection create_netconn failed: 10036" over and over
again
