The control conditions for the buttons test the AIEXTERNALUI property,
which is set to "5" by the wrapper executable. If you run the extracted
msi installer by hand this variable is not set and the buttons work fine.

If I run the extracted installer on Windows and set that property it
shows the same non-functional buttons (they are also drawn too wide,
like on Wine) and there's a crash when I press one.

So the question is why the wrapper decides to set this property on Wine.
