I have maybe - stupid Idea, but try it please ;)

When I play Crysis 2 in my laptop - The card graphic temperature was hot. Then
Crysis 2 start lagging (probably to set lowest temperature). I think - When you
have too hot Graphics, Crysis 2 try to cold (?) it, but Wine can't (or
something like that), and that's is reason. BUT I DIDN'T CHECK
