This may be related to "focus stealing prevention" from some window managers. I
can reproduce the issue somewhat randomly. uTorrent shows the exact same issue.
I guess it affects only applications that need double clicks to restore from
systray.

If the "Allow the window manager to control the windows" is disabled then it
works well but the app does not show in the taskbar (as expected?)
