[Bug 30198] Diablo 3 fails to install

OK, trying to follow your directions I used
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=39500
and 
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=39494

to patch the latest version (1.5) from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wine/wine-1.5.0.tar.bz2

No hiccups other than I'm on a 64b computer and it complained about 32b and had
to install some extra stuffs for that. (followed the guide here:
http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit#head-245e8f90708da8070a4f3cbe336254c712af07e2) 

Patches appeared to have applied correctly.

The installer now loads up and as stated it simply says it will not install
until it is released. I hope this helps those that come after me.
