There's two different ways to do it - build from sources or install latest wine
package provided by you distro (OpenSUSE in your case). I guess it will be
easier for you to go second way, check distro documentation on package
management (IIRC SUSE is rpm-based). There's also a direct link to OpenSUSE
wiki chapter on http://www.winehq.org/download.
