sample Delphi app that exhibits similar behavior

I have created a simple application that exhibits similar behavior.
Right-clicking on the treeview causes a menu to appear, selecting an item in
the menu causes the menu to reappear under the current mouse position,
selecting an item again causes the menu to finally disappear.
With native comctl32 menu does not reappear after the second click.
I could not test Management Studio with native comctl, because after winetricks
comctl32 it refuses to start, however I believe that this is the same issue.
