I tried to install this program on stable wine 1.4.0. 

It seems that ie6 or ie7 is required, but even after winetricks ie7 the
installer does not run correctly. It displays two windows - one with "Acceptar"
button, and the second one empty. "Acceptar" button does not work. When I try
to close empty window, it reappears after a few seconds.
