Please attach a +winttp log. If the program is freely available please fill the
URL field and add the "download" keyword.

My guess is that WinHttpSetOption is being called with
WINHTTP_OPTION_SECURE_PROTOCOLS option but it is not supported yet. As far as I
can see this call is used to change the protocol used [1].

If I'm correct this line should be in the log with option 84 [2].
session.c:186 - FIXME("unimplemented option %u\n", option);

Or maybe I'm completely wrong and the method should be extracted somehow from
the handshake message =)
