Crash from wine-1.5.4-170-g8933d91

When running setup.exe from The Last Remnant DEMO under wine-1.5.4-170-g8933d91
it crashes immediately. The backtrace.txt shows some unusual garbage.


1. The regression test says wine-1.3.27-103-gedb48a0:

    gdi32: Allow SetDIBits to use the null driver.


2. No other bug report suffers from this commit.

3. Revert of this patch after git checkout makes that problem go away. (can't
be cleanly reverted on top of wine-1.5.4-170-g8933d91)

4. Adding author of this patch to CC.
