Victoria 2 - terminal output

Victoria 2 demo still crashes, but it doesn't complain about DDS file format
anymore.

Now it needs D3DX effects:
fixme:d3dx:D3DXCreateEffectEx (0x197c08, 0x33af30, 9785, (nil), 0x33d67c,
(nil), 0, (nil), 0x33d6c4, 0x33d6c8): semi-stub
fixme:d3dx:d3dx9_base_effect_init HLSL ascii effects not supported, yet
