Hello,

the version of the app this bug was reported against is no longer available for
download.
As for the aforementioned "register database" problem, the current "2012-05-20"
version seems to work.
Marking fixed.

$ du -sh ibe_sfx.exe 
4.9M    ibe_sfx.exe

$ sha1sum ibe_sfx.exe 
071b4fd25439fb8b1f096dbbf59f7ac405e0f545  ibe_sfx.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.5.4-185-g6c51c1b
