Thanks a lot,

its exactly what you and of courseH Hans told me. 

I dont thought about the 32/64bit differences. I had copied a 64b mspatcha into
my 32b winearch.

Thats my fault.

Can be closed, i got the program running already.

Ah and btw thx for the hint with winetricks and the native mspatcha.
