[Bug 30667] MadTracker not playing anymore

I haven't been able to do a regression test (yet).


However, here's what I have found out when hitting "play" and adjusting audio
device:
When I adjust the soundcard to the HDMI port, it scrolls as it should, but I
hear nothing, as I don't have an HDMI monitor.
If I adjust it to the one with my soundcard name, it comes up with "undefined
external error".
If I adjust it to "default", no error messages appear, but it doesn't scroll or
play.



I tried to run MT2 on another computer. Same Wine version. However, on one
sequence, it randomly grabs the settings incorrectly, adjusting some volumes up
past 200%.
