I've changed my laptop in the meantime and now I've got 2 graphic cards:
 * Intel HD Graphics 3000 (integrated in CPU)
 * nVidia GeForce GT 540M

On Intel Soldat works fine but performance isn't too good (not a surprise
since).
But on GeForce (I'm using bumblebee and optirun command to use nVidia card)
this issue is still present.

Previously I was using native nVidia drivers from:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
but now because of lack of support nVidia Optimus technology in those drivers,
I'm using nvidia-current package (295.53-0ubuntu1~precise~xup1).

For me it seems to be a drivers issue and if someone have time to do so, please
report this issue to nVidia - they actually fix issues reported by users ;)

Running on: Ubuntu Precise 12.04 64bit
