Still a problem on Fedora 17:

wine-tahoma-fonts-1.5.3-1.fc17.noarch

On a hunch I moved tahomabd.ttf out of /usr/share/fonts/wine-tahoma-fonts/ and
suddenly I had a working bold; tahomabd.ttf on its own has a regular and
italic, but seemingly no bold. I don't see the 9pt bold mentioned in comment
#1, either in the default configuration or with just tahomabd.ttf; tahoma.ttf
does have a (perhaps weak) 9pt bold.
