I used http://www.gamershell.com/download_51014.shtml

works fine in 1.2 and wine-1.5.16-202-g74ec93b, after native d3dx9_36.

OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GTX 460/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.2.0 NVIDIA 304.51

Andrew, could you retest? or close as appropriate. Thanks!
