Sure, it is the newest one (6.11.2012), so it may include fixes/new features
from older beta driver (310.14 was released at 15.10.2012). Even 304.60 was
released after 310 beta, but it's less likely to contain fixes which may
influence discussed issue.

Btw, i've downgraded wine to 1.5.11 and bug did not appear, so issue was fixed
somewhere else.

Also, lags experienced at post-game screen with updated drivers may be those
discussed in bug #27453.
