I also seen that issue in the beginning of my ARM development with Wine on
Pandaboard.
I had this issue with Ubuntu and tried hard to get it fixed, later i switched
to Linaro Ubuntu and i had no issues anymore, so i didn't focus on it any
longer.
Still i wrote some patches before, they got rejected, e.g.:
