[Bug 32143] Touhou Danmakufu freezes while trying to load .mp3 files

New info & confirmations:

1) Not ALL .mp3 files have errors. Those that do will activate the error upon
going to the pause menu (press esc).
2) Scripts with a .mp3 file that cannot be run will freeze upon ending the
script; no replays can be saved and you are not redirected to the main menu.
3) .mid files do not crash, but are not played correctly unless in the pause
menu.
4) .wav files (sound effects, including long ones) run perfectly fine.
