terminal output using: WINEDEBUG=+imm wine "Myst V Demo.exe"

I tested this on a Puppy Linux 5 distro with Wine 1.5.17.
Graphics did not render correctly throughout install, but better than previous
testing.
Beginning of install I had to use a couple of hotkeys to progress.
Soon I was able to continue with installation using my mouse as graphics were
rendered enough, but with errors.
