I just found the following article on Corel's website:

It hints that this issue may be a user permissions issue.  After I get home
from work I will try changing my wine to emulate Win98 instead of the default
Windows2k to see if that will bypass this issue.  However, I also found this
thread that says I should already have admin privileges:

I will investigate this further tonight hopefully.
