You said u used a Windows partition -> INVALID. 

Moreover, you said it used to be working, but when you tried again with wine
1.2, 1.4, 1.5, it is not working anymore.

That means that your setup becomes broken. Not wine

Anyway, you should use the latest wine (1.5.7)
