I can confirm that this bug is still active using;

AMD Radeon 6950 HD

Wine-Version: 1.5.17

Winetricks: d3dx9 wininet dotnet20 ie8 vcrun2005

Direct3D Settings:
Multisampling = enabled
UseGLSL = disabled
