After I updated my nvidia drivers to experimental 310, without a patch with
maximum settings (GeForce 9600 GSO):

trace:fps:wglSwapBuffers @ approx 14.44fps, total 36.50fps
trace:fps:swapchain_gl_present 0x1693d0 @ approx 14.44fps
trace:fps:wglSwapBuffers @ approx 15.26fps, total 36.28fps
trace:fps:swapchain_gl_present 0x1693d0 @ approx 15.25fps
trace:fps:wglSwapBuffers @ approx 14.78fps, total 36.07fps
