Black Ops II says it supports both dx10 and dx11, but it will only run if the
d3d11.dll file is present, presumably because dx11 supports both dx11 and dx10
cards.

Given that the games manufacturers have started bringing out games with no
support for XP (ie dx9), my guess is that this will become a more and more
common situation.

Does wine provide support for dx10? I read somewhere that it doesn't, but that
seems odd because the latest version provides d3d10.dll/d3d10.dll.so files.

If wine does support dx10, would it be practical to have a d3d11.dll stub that
just maps to the dx10 support?
