backtrace without dll overrides

Installing the demo from the ttlg forum topic located here:
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140085 trying to run it will only
make it crash and generate a backtrace, here's the initial crash report without
any overrides. Deps added for second backtrace unless identical: vcrun2008,
d3dx9_43. Maybe openal as well.
