Reminds me of bug 14771, there we also need to "mirror" or "sync". Not between
64-bit and 32-bit, but e.g. between HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.
Maybe some functions can be shared to implement that, not sure.
