This machine has 3.5.3, but for some reason it's still getting that error. I
grepped around the kernel config, but can't find where to change it (may be a
gentoo kernel issue).

Reverting that commit has some conflicts, but resetting to that commit then
reverting it works. I'm hesitant to file a bug until I can get a kernel with
LINUX_BOUND_IF support..
