[Bug 31944] Steam in XFCE: You can maximise Steam with its own maximise button, but you can only unmaximise it from the window list.

I'm not sure how related this is, but (under xfce and wine 1.5.14) Steam
follows me around whenever I switch workspaces, and trying to drag&drop it to
another workspace simply returns it to the current workspace.
