Please take a log at the console log and check if it's not like in bug 31972
with the line:
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x173054 "bitblt.c: surface" wait
timed out in thread 00XX, blocked by 00XX, retrying (60 sec)

If you find a line like that resolve this bug as duplicate of bug 31882. If
that's not the case do a regression test and find the change that is causing
the problem:
