For what it's worth, i updated my Nvidia drivers, and now the game is crashing
a lot less, two crashes over maybe three-four hours of playing instead of one
crash at least every ten minutes.

I believe this bug is FIXED. I'm not sure the other crashes aren't actual bugs
in the game.
