Try deleting (or renaming) the following directories:
  rm -r .wine/drive_c/users/Public/AppData/Battle.net/
  rm -r .wine/drive_c/users/Public/AppData/Blizzard Entertainment/

Also clear your Temporary internet files via Wine's control panel:
  wine control
then Internet Settings->General Tab->Delete files.

If the above doesn't work, try reinstalling from scratch by deleting (or
renaming) your .wine directory.

Also it may be useful to know what version of Wine you have and if this
behavior started after an update to your Wine package.
