I'm really not sure how you got it to work. I still dual boot windows, and it
doesn't work - cause its same computer and same IP. I'm pretty sure its a wine
bug, specific to some hardware. As I see it, either I'll wait till I stop
playing AO, or they finally fix the bug. 

Wine forums are full of this bugs, so I assume no one ever got to fixing them.
