Actually I have to amend what I said, it worked 1 time, and I got it working by
using a VM to login and logout. After that it showed that secondary pin screen
once. So at least to me it looks like the issue is in the part of the code that
displays the secondary pin dialog. And i've been looking, it does seem that no
one (that is actually able to figure this out) is really is interested in
getting this to work. Oh well, I did try.
