Continuation from bug 31981:
After creating registry entries required to pass SQL Server installer's sanity
tests from bug 31981, the installer aborts complaining about missing function:

wine: Call from 0x7b83ac92 to unimplemented function
xolehlp.dll.DtcGetTransactionManagerExW, aborting

There is no xolehlp component, so leaving unknown.
