I'm getting a similar error with gmod 13 beta on a fully updated Arch install
(as of today). libxcb version is 1.9-1, wine is 1.5.15

"err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x694326c "?" wait timed out in
thread 0096, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec)" repeats every minute after the
level is about 90% loaded.
