Works now - I had the old wineprefix, so the app definitely hasn't changed.

(Well, it puts up a gui and everything; the next issue is a usability one,
doing a real scan generates the log line
err:winediag:IcmpCreateFile Failed to use ICMP (network ping), this requires
special permissions.
and causes the "Thank you for trying!" dialog to come up again immediately.)
