Thanks Dan.

I upload one of my chrome standalone installer to our Wine testbot, running on
several version of Windows, all fail with "unknow installer error":

What I know is, the error happens durring the below log:

Since I can't find any installer successes on Windows but fails on Wine, I
agree to close this bug as ABANDONED.
