[Bug 31630] BlueStacks App Player fails to install

Thank you for your suggestion.  I tried 'winetricks dotnet20' and rundll32.exe
no longer crashes, instead I get a message that this application requires .NET
Framework 2.0 SP2.

I then tried 'winetricks dotnet20sp2', but I still get the message as above.

I also tried installing the Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Service Pack 2 on Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP (
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29401 ), but that
resulted in hotfixinstaller crashing in a similar way to rundll32.exe.
