Still present as of wine-1.5.12-157-gbdf9a9f.
Native d3dx9_36 is a workaround.
It has close resemblance to bug #24754, except that Wine needs here
'ID3DXFontImpl_DrawTextA' , not 'ID3DXFontImpl_DrawTextW'.
