I see the same problem with the German version of RollerCoaster Tycoon with the
Added Attractions Pack. I also installed the RCTAA-GE.exe patch.

The behavior is the same as described above: the game starts up to the menu,
but then choosing a scenario, there is a short screen flicker and it drops back
to the menu.

I also found some files capitalized in the form Css*.dat in the Data directory,
however, renaming these to CSS*.DAT did not help.
