So we need
- a test showing Windows' behavior,
- another test showing the behavior of the above patch, and
- a comparison of the results
in order to get the patch merged?

Or are the missing parts in crypt32 and secur32 mandatory?

My apologies for being that insistent, but I have the impression that any
progress here would be appreciated by many users.
