With wine-1.5.27-100-g64ead39 and wine-1.4:
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-304.88.run - bug still present
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-310.19.run - bug is gone
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-313.26.run - bug is gone

Note that I was using a GTX 480 instead of the 9800. But since it appears with
the older driver, I think we can safely assume it's a driver bug.
